Guest card |
Card issued to the guest that can open
a specific guest room for the duration of their stay. |
Multiple room guest card |
Card that are issued to guests that
can open up to 10 guest rooms for the duration of their
stay (any guest rooms in the property). These are
usually used for suites or family groups. |
Duplicate guest cards |
Up to 99 duplicate quest or multiple
room guest cards can be issued for each room. |
One shot cards |
A card that can be issued to open
one ore more guest rooms once, then becomes unusable. |
Special Rooms |
Additional rooms that can be added to
the guests cards. such as the gym, executive lounge,
card parks etc. |
Emergency Cards |
Can open all the rooms within
the property. Position of deadbolt does not matter. |
Master Card |
Opens all the rooms and/or
gates in the property. Deadbolt position can halt entry. |
Sub-Master cards |
Sub-master cards can be programmed to
open the doors/areas of the property that each member of
staff is entitled to enter. |
Master Lock Out card |
Locks out all cards (except the
Emergency card). |
House Keeping Lock Out card |
Locks out all existing guest cards but
does not affect new ones (for use when a room has been
cleaned and prepped for the next guest) |
Cancel cards |
Cancels the above two Lock Out cards
(Master and House Keeping Lock Out cards). |
Max number Sub-Master card groups |
Each group can be configured to open
different rooms/areas of the hotel |
